Whitemoss AAC Athletes claim SilverWhitemoss AAC athletes Emily Craig and Scott Connal won Silver medals at the Scottish National Indoor Under 14 Combined Events Championships at Kelvin Hall on Sunday 19^th February

In strong fields both athletes excelled gaining personal bests in many events to achieve their medals.

Emily and Scott ran 60 meter hurdles, competed in the Shot Put, High Jump and Long Jump before culminating with a 800 meter run

In the boys event Scott Connal, aged 11, missed out on the gold medal by a mere 10 points after one of the gutsiest 800 meters anyone is ever likely to see.

Emily also took a well merited silver medal after running the fastest 800 meters of the group to clinch her second place.
